3. Licensed and Branded Merchandise

All trademarks, copyrights, character rights, logos, brand names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
The Panther Don does not claim ownership of third party intellectual property simply because merchandise containing that intellectual property is offered through our store.
Products represented as officially licensed are sourced or fulfilled through suppliers or distribution channels representing the merchandise as licensed or authorized.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and product offerings at any time before an order is completed.
A pricing error does not require us to fulfill an order at an obviously incorrect price.
If an incorrect price, description, promotion, inventory amount, or product configuration appears because of a technical, supplier, administrative, or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue any refund legally required.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays caused solely by the carrier may be outside our direct control.
Nothing in this section eliminates any shipping, cancellation, or refund rights provided to customers by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Customers should contact us promptly if tracking indicates a package was delivered but the package cannot be located.
We may require customers to cooperate with carrier investigations, provide photographs, provide documentation, confirm shipping information, or complete other reasonable verification procedures.
Claims involving lost or damaged packages may also be subject to the shipping carrier's investigation and claims process.
We are not responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery to the address supplied by the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This provision does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing an order.
Items must satisfy the requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy to qualify for a discretionary return or exchange.

Accounts associated with fraudulent activity or abusive payment disputes may be restricted from future purchases where permitted by law.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, graphics, photographs owned by us, branding owned by us, logos owned by us, marketing materials, and original website content are owned by or licensed to The Panther Don.
